The purchase of products from CollegeWear, Inc. is governed by the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with CollegeWear, Inc., customers agree to the following:
Acceptance of Order
All orders are subject to design review and approval by production staff, as well as availability of fabric/materials and production’s ability and availability to meet requested deadlines.
All orders are produced based on a) an approved art proof by the customer and/or b) designed created/uploaded and purchased through the CollegeWear, inc. Stole Design App. Approval constitutes a) written/email art approval, b) submitted approval through the Printavo Invoice system, c)Completed purchase through the CollegeWear, Inc. Stole Design App. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct spelling, artwork placement, color/fabric selections, and all other aspects of product design prior to completion of order and/or submission of art approval.Any revisions orders must be made within 24-hours of order submission. Revision requests after this time-period are subject to additional fees and may result in changes to final delivery date.
CollegeWear, Inc. has the right to refuse an order with or without explanation.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges vary by location, and customer selected shipping method All shipping charges will be detailed on the customer’s order summary. CollegeWear, Inc. is not liable for any mishandled, and/or lost product caused by third-party shipping companies.
Availability of on-campus delivery is limited campuses in the Greater San Diego area only.
Order delivery dates provided upon checkout through the CollegeWear, Inc. Design App are not legally binding should be considered an approximation until confirmation of order acceptance and production scheduling are provided. Final delivery dates are subject to production schedules, material availability, etc.
Digital Art Proof/Design Approximation
Products as displayed in the CollegeWear, Inc. Design App and/or Virtual Art Proof provide the closest approximations of color and artwork element sizing/placement. Appearance may vary depending on the device used to view. It is recommended that all art proofs/design be viewed on a desktop monitor for best results.
Availability of fabric colors/patterns/thread colors is not guaranteed and subject to change at any time. Out of stock materials may result in delayed delivery times and/or CollegeWear, Inc.’s ability to accept an order.
Refunds may be requested upon receipt of defective, damaged, or incorrect production of the customer’s approved/submitted design. Refund requests must be submitted via email within 24-48 hours of receipt of product by customer. Refund requests must be accompanied with photographic evidence of defective/damaged product.
Replacements may be requested in conjunction with refund requests. Fulfillment of replacement orders is dependent on the production timeline at the time of replacement requests. CollegeWear, Inc. will not liable for, nor provide refund/replacement for any damage incurred caused by the customer after the purchase. This includes the loss of the product.
Cancellations made within 24-hours of order placed are permitted and eligible for full refund customer payment. Cancellations made after the 24-hour time period are subject to restocking fees.
