WHAT ARE GRADUATION STOLES OR SASHES MADE OF?

Our stoles are made of high quality bridal satin. We offer a wide variety of body fabrics, trim and embroidery thread colors. All designs are embroidered for a polished, high quality look.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR GRADUATION STOLES/SASHES?

All stoles are a standard Adult size and measure approximately 5 inches wide with a 3.25 wide inch embroidery area, and 35 inches long from shoulder to tip (42″ from neck to tip).

ARE YOUR GRADUATION STOLES EMBROIDERED OR PRINTED?

All custom stoles are embroidered for a polished, clean look. Choose from our wide variety of thread colors!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GRADUATION STOLE?

All stoles are hand or machine washable.  They can also be ironed on low heat.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY STOLE ORDER AFTER I’VE PAID?

Orders that are still in the ‘Order Processing Status’ are eligible for modification. To check your order status, click here to log into your account portal.

If you order has moved to production no additional changes can be made. If you questions about an order you’ve already placed please contact us.

IF MY ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING, WHAT CHANGES CAN I MAKE?

Orders still in the ‘Order Processing’ can be cancelled with no cancellation fees or penalties and shipping addresses can be updated.

*Note, requests for design modification may affect your final shipping and delivery date.

CAN I REQUEST A RUSH STOLE ORDER?

Yes! We offer rush options for an additional fee. However, because all stoles are made to order we required a minimum of 2-4 weeks rush orders. Rush availability is also subject to the current schedule and can change at any time. To request a rush stole order, visit our stole design app and select the ‘Rush’ option on Step 4 before adding your order to the cart.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL STOLE ORDERS?

We can accept international orders, however additional fees apply for international shipping. Contact us for more information before placing your order.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY STOLE ORDER SHIPS?

Once your order ships you’ll receive a notification and tracking number. You can also log into your account portal here.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPPING/DELIVERY DATE PASSED AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please contact us via email with your order number and order date and we can assist you.

Please note, couriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL are currently experiencing nation-wide transit delays. If your order has shipped or is listed as delivered and you still have not received your order you’ll need to contact the courier service directly.

I DONT’ SEE MY LOGO IN THE STOLE DESIGN APP? HOW CAN I GET IT ADDED?

If the logo is not in the current logo bank please utilize  the ‘Upload Your Logo’ function on Step 3 of the CW Stole Design App to add your logo.

Once you complete your design and place your order we take care of cleaning up the logo for production (removal of white backgrounds, etc.) and securing any required licensing at no additional cost!

Please just let us know how you’d like it to be modified in the ‘Item Notes’ on the checkout page.

I WANT A FLAG STOLE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE, OR A COMBINATION OF FLAGS? HOW DO I REQUEST THAT?

At this time, the only available flag stoles we have are the ones shown here. However, we encourage customers to represent their heritage by using a single patterned tip, logos/symbols and flag patches all available in our stole design app! For design ideas, feel free to check out our blog!

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE A STOLE OR SASH THAT I PROVIDE?

At this time we no longer offer embroidery only services on customer provided stoles.
